Well-being in Nature


This training is for anyone who would like to use the outdoors to improve the well-being of themselves or others. No prior knowledge or experience required.

About the course

Using theory from Carl Jung, Joanna Macey, Vandana Shiva, Satish Kumar and Starhawk to mention a few. Constantly practical and packed with ideas and activities, this course will be informed by the participants needs as they present. The themes will be:

  • Observing the patterns in nature around us and over time
  • Recognising our environments for the impacts they have on how we think and feel
  • Identifying what we can do in a group to improve our own well being and that of others
  • Learning how to listen to our own still voice
