Living Well to Work 2019
This programme is suitable for individuals suffering from mild to moderate depression, anxiety and stress and aims to start to remove the barriers faced in getting back into work or education.
From May – September 2019 we will be running free woodland sessions near Penryn that will build confidence, relieve stress and improve emotional well-being. Guided by an experienced leader, the content of the sessions will be led by participants depending on their interests and abilities. The aim is to engage and reconnect with the natural world, and experience the physical, mental and social benefits of time outside.
Alongside these sessions support will be available to help participants get back into work or find suitable training or education.
